Marketing Partners & TCPA Consent Language

Version 1.2This is the document on the critical path. The consent language below must be signed off by counsel and live on the form by August 25, 2026. The Marketing Partners page is what the consent hyperlinks to — the consent is not valid without it.

Every change to the consent text or the partner list creates a new version. Each version is archived with its effective date range. The version displayed at the moment of submission is the version that governs that lead, and must be retrievable for at least [5] years. A consent record that cannot prove what the consumer actually saw is worth very little in a TCPA defence.

Each partner controls your information under its own privacy policy once it receives it. To stop contact from a specific partner, contact that partner using the details above. To stop contact from BorrowExperts, see our Do Not Call Policy.
Partners may be added or removed. Changes apply only to enquiries submitted after the change takes effect — adding a partner does not extend consent you gave earlier.
