Electronic Communications and E-SIGN Consent

By using borrowexperts.com, submitting our form, or checking any consent box, you agree that:

• We may provide all disclosures, notices, agreements and other communications to you electronically, by posting them on our website or sending them to the email address or telephone number you provided
• Your electronic signature — including checking a box, clicking a button, or submitting a form — has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law
• Electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, consent to be contacted, Do Not Call confirmations, privacy request responses, and any other notice we are required or choose to give you.

• A valid email address
• Software able to view PDF files
• The ability to print or save the communications we provide

By continuing you confirm you have access to the above and can retain electronic records.

You may withdraw consent to receive communications electronically at any time by emailing privacy@borrowexperts.com. If you withdraw consent we may be unable to provide the Services, since they operate entirely online. Withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act and does not affect the validity of records provided before that.

Withdrawing consent to electronic communications is not the same as revoking consent to be contacted by phone or text. To do that, see our Do Not Call Policy.

Tell us promptly if your email address or telephone number changes, at privacy@borrowexperts.com. We are not responsible for communications sent to an address you have not updated.

You may request a paper copy of any communication by writing to 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. We do not charge for this.
